 ASSISTANT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on a regular basis in order to perform the assigned tasks
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to installed security systems, ELV, and controls & instrumentation systems and the related peripheral devices
  • Attend urgent fault calls, troubleshoot, follow-up and resolve the issue
  • Assist on the A&A, enhancement, and upgrading works related to the existing deployed system
  • Monitor and maintain the minimum required to both clients and internally on a regular basis
  • Assist on the claim preparation to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimally Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Networking, Computer Science or IT

 PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects 
  • Schedule preparation, pre-planning, and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project
  • Drive executive level engagement with the customers, to ensure expectations and responsibilities are understood and controlled
  • Coordinate and liaise with principals and customers to support Engineer and Technician on technical matters on product, system and installation
  • Attend site meetings and be involved in discussions on all project related activities with clients
  • Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget
  • Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on) of project staff to ensure smooth and effective operation
  • To provide the progress report update to the client and internal management team timely
  • To be accountable in executing  project cost estimates diligently and ensure project profitability

Requirements:

  • Minimally Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field

 SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for software prototyping, system/module design, coding deployment and recommending solutions for various SCADA projects 
  • Constantly review and improve on existing codes 
  • Design, build and maintain efficient codes
  • Provide technical support to Project Teams and Customers
  • Maintain and enhance software applications 
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, testing, and tuning of hardware, software, network and communication protocol problems

  • Minimally Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields

 APPLICATION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Constantly review and improve on existing codes 
  • Design, build and maintain efficient codes
  • Communicate with all internal levels including customers and our contractors to clarify technical issues
  • Co-ordinate with other disciplines and execute the project efficiently to meet schedule 
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in accordance to the requirements set out in the Vendor Tender document 
  • Perform preventive maintenance of server equipment 
  • Perform troubleshoot and production support at customer's site

SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company's products, integrated solutions, and services
  • Work closely with the Business Development (BD) Manager in the preparation of tender bid submissions and proposals, including gathering functional and technical information and costing from in-house department and/or from other vendors and OEM partners
  • Responsible for pre-sales solution and proposal submission preparation for the assigned Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) from our clients, and promptly update the status to the relevant BD manager
  • Participate in sales presentations, maintain technical application and presentation materials (such as digital campaigns and marketing collateral, including brochures, application notes, the company's website and Linkedin)
  • Be involved and assist in the business division to explore new solutions/products to support the company's business goals and to identify new business opportunities and expand our market share

Requirements:

  • Minimally Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Computer or relevant fields
  • Relevant experiences in SCADA/PLC solutions and Building Management System

 HARDWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and understand project requirements to plan execution of component design, select system components and design specification 
  • Create electrical control schematics drawing for automated equipment 
  • Create 2D or 3D electrical panel layout, cable routing layout etc
  • Generate equipment bill of material 
  • Incorporation of design related safety aspects in accordance with local regulations
  • Perform debugging, testing and improvement of current products
  • Provide in-house/on-site technical support, documentation and technical training

Requirements:

  • Minimally Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering

 ELECTRICAL & ELV QUANTITY SURVEYOR

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quantity take-offs from tender requirement by reviewing drawings and technical specification to accurately quantify Bill-of-Materials (BOM), to work within or to manage the tender closing date and time extensions
  • Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Compile the cost estimations for ELV, BMS solutions and relevant scope of works for the implementation 
  • Liaise with internal project/technical terms, and external vendors/subcontractors as to ensure alignment for our offered bid solutions with compliance to technical specifications and project timelines
  • Prepare tender submissions and contract documents including Bill-of-Quantities (BQ), datasheets, technical proposal for ELV systems and/or BMS systems
  • Assist and support the sales team for tender submissions
  • Conduct cost analysis for project designs and construction methods to achieve cost-effectiveness
  • Assist to solution vendors relationship engagement 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, code of practice, and industry standards
  • Support updating of marketing materials including websites

 Requirements:

  • Minimally Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in QS for Electrical & ELV systems

 SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy scalable software systems with a focus on AI and machine learning integration
  • Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Participate in architectural decisions and ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
  • Create and train machine learning models or rule-based logic, analyze large datasets, and develop solutions tailored to business needs
  • Review technical designs, code, or plans, to ensure quality and compliance 
  • Contribute to project planning and technical decision-making
  • Perform troubleshooting and provide production support at customer sites

 Requirements:

  • Minimally Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in related field

 PROJECT MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build the master programme/critical path; drive look-ahead plans, dependencies, and recovery actions
  • Own scope/VOs, risk register, cost controls, cash flow, and monthly reporting to management and client
  • Lead design coordination across PLC panels, SCADA servers/workstations, networks, telecoms, UPS/power, and field instruments
  • Responsible for project timely delivery and quality of the work and achieve customer satisfaction 
  • Review/approve shop drawings, I/O lists, control philosophy/cause & effect, cable schedules, network/IP plans, panel GA/wiring
  • Plan and lead FAT/SAT, loop checks; achieve first-pass acceptance and complete as-builts
  • Manage configuration and documentation control
  • Act as single point of contact for Client/SO, Consultants, and Plant operators
  • Manage OEMs/Integrators, QS/Procurement, and subcontractors
  • Administer contracts, assess claims with substantiation, and close commercial issues promptly

 Requirements:

  • Minimally Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Control & Instrumentation/Mechatronics or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years in delivering multi disciplinary automation projects with proven brownfield cutover leadership
  • Hands-on familiarity with PLC/RTU, SCADA, OPC/Kepware, DNP3/Modbus, Windows Server/virtualisation, VLAN
