SOFTWARE ENGINEER

(Ref: 0720/P3/E0132)

Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for analysing requirements, developing and maintaining Web Services, APIs, applications to meet business needs
  • Responsible for software prototyping, system / module design, coding deployment and recommending solutions for various SCADA projects
  • Constantly review and improve on existing codes
  • Design, build and maintain efficient codes
  • Provide Technical support to Project Teams and Customers.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, testing and tuning of hardware, software, network and communication protocol problems.
  • Maintain and enhance software applications

 Prerequisites:

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering faculty
  • Develop codes using .NET programming languages on .NET framework, .NET Core, .NET microservice framework
  •  Proficient in ASP.NET using C/C++, C#, HTML5, JSON, XML, jQuery, AJAX and other scripting languages
  • Proficient in Web API, MVC, Entity Framework, WCF, RESTful service
  • Experience in Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL and other databases
  • Co-ordinate and participate in the testing and deployment of applications and systems
  •  Possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsets.
  • Relevant Software skillsets with in-depth SCADA implementation experience.
  • Knowledge in Cyber Security
  • Eager and ready to pick up new skills.

PROJECT ENGINEER

(SCADA & PLC Programming)

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with all internal levels including customers and contractors to clarify technical issues.
  • Programming of PLC logic and HMI configuration
  • Configuration of PLC network system 
  • Co-ordinate with other disciplines and executes the project efficiency in order to meet schedule.
  • System drawing preparation using AutoCAD tool.
  • Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in accordance to the requirements set out in the Vendor’ Tender Document.
  • To compile and provide all the samples, catalogues, method of statements, risk assessments, layout details, design drawings, Operational & Manual and As-Built drawings for Consultant’s and Architect’s review and approval.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics discipline.
  • Familiar with hand on experience with Allen Bradley Control Logic PLC & FactoryTalk HMI
  • At least 3 years hands-on working experience in design and project Execution in I&C System.
  • Experience in building automation and process control industry
  • Knowledge in PLC, SCADA Program & Interface protocols such as Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP and Bacnet.
  • Knowledge in Factory automation, instrumentation Monitoring and control.
  • Good knowledge of Electrical control & AutoCAD.
  • Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Self-starter and team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess Class 3 license with own vehicle is an added advantage.

 Senior/Sales & Marketing Executive

 

Job Description:

  •  Identify, explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve continuous sales growth and targets.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential clients.
  • Responsible for meeting sales budget by contributing marketing and sales information, recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Achieve and manage target given for generating sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with business development managers for pre-sales solution.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, solution partners and monitor business growth.
  • Write copy for digital campaign and marketing collateral, including brochures, application notes, letters, emails, website and other relevant digital media.
  • Promote company image and services in professional way including social media platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Identify market trends, determine system improvements, implement change. 
  • Participate in quotations to RFQs / RFPs and tenders bid submittal and proposal, inclusive of gathering functional & technical information and cost from in-house departments and/or other vendors.
  • Manage and strengthen position with existing clients, implement strategies to grow the sales revenue, share feedback or prospects with internal teams.

  Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Engineering with a minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant industries
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in languages with good technical writing skill is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (to conduct market research and analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentation), Web.
  • Candidates with marketing/sales experience in IT / Industrial Control industries would be an advantage

  • Supervises departmental policies and procedures and standard of work performance.
  • Implement and direct a program to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  • Co-ordinates departmental activities and attend meetings and liaison work with clients / vendors/ internal staffs.
  • Monitor and control operation to achieve the targeted turn-around time, productivity, quality, environmental, occupational health & safety standards.
  • Propose and implement improvement works to client.
  • Establish and maintain courteous / co-operative relationship with clients.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Prerequisites:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics or mechanical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in implementation of ELV system.
  • Good organization, time management, and problem-solving skill
  • Familiar with AutoCAD drawing.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • Those with own vehicle is an added advantage but not a must.

  • Perform technical servicing of various customers’ sites/systems (required to work outdoor, in confined space and at height at times)

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

  • Strong execution and troubleshooting skills at remote site work
  • Familiar with autocad drafting

 SALES MANAGER - Willowglen Vietnam Co., Ltd

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible to promote and sell company products and integrated SCADA/Security system solutions as to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Develop new and existing customers account by formulating account plans (business potential, contact lists, competition, business strategies & value proposition and action plan, sales forecasts), identify and drive new sale opportunities, and to build or enhance customers relationship.
  • Take ownership and ensure the delivery of the proposed sale targets and account plans.
  • Gathering and understand clients’ requirement, preparation of tender proposal and bid submission, inclusive of formulating required project costs from subsystem vendors, sub-contractors, and from Willowglen’s internal software/hardware/R&D departments.
  • Lead sales presentation and proposal. Translate and maintains sales/marketing materials for our company’s products & solutions.
  • Develop and follow up with Request-For-Quotation (RFQ) / Request-For-Proposal (RFP), contract negotiation, change management process with customer orders, problem resolutions, and final closure to secured projects/customers’ orders.
  • Regularly update to direct reporting supervisor on all sales activities.
  • Monthly update on sale plans and quote/bids status to Willowglen’s management.
  • Must be able to travel to Singapore/Malaysia office for sales meeting with Willowglen’s management when required.
  • Provide local market insights and industrial trends for Willowglen’s Management to develop the company’s annual operating plan and the long term business plan.
  • Perform tasks assigned by Willowglen’s management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Electrical / Electronics or, equivalent Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant sales experiences for SCADA, PLC & RTU / Integrated Security Management System in Power, Water, Oil & Gas and Plant industries.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnam and English languages.
  • Good problem solving skills, resourceful, responsible and able to work independently.
  • Adaptable and self-driven to acquire new technologies.
  • This position is stationed in Ho Chi Min City, and business travelling is required.
